Biography:
Gideon freudmann began studying the cello at age 8 and eventually earned a BFA in cello performance. He has recorded 10 CDs of original music and composed music for film, theatre and dance. Freudmann tours throughout the US performaning anfd teaching string improvisation workshops. His music is frequently heard on NPR's "All Things Considered" and he has been a featured soloist at a number of New Music Festivals.String Improvisation Workshop
